When should I start the program?
You can start anytime after your C-section—whether you’re a few days, weeks, or even months postpartum. Always follow your healthcare provider’s guidance, but this program is safe to begin immediately as it’s a recovery, not fitness, program.
Is this program safe if I’ve had multiple C-sections?
Absolutely. The program is designed with real-life moms in mind—including those recovering from their second, third, or even fourth Cesarean.
What if I'm already a few months postpartum?
It’s never too late to start healing intentionally. The program meets you where you are and helps you rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence at your pace.
Do I need any special equipment?
Nope! A yoga mat, a soft surface, and a few common household items (like pillows or resistance bands, if desired) are more than enough, but not required.
