a new mom rebuilding her postpartum core with trainer beth colucci foppiano

So, you’ve had your baby. You’ve got your hands full, sleep is a distant memory, and your core? It feels…different.  Maybe it feels weak, unstable — like all of a sudden you’re one of those giant inflatable tube men outside a car dealership.

If you’re noticing less stability, a posture that feels a bit “off,” or just an overall lack of strength where you used to feel solid, you’re not alone. For 9 months your baby “filled” your torso, and then after birth, poof, your abdomen is now like an empty canister with a heck of a lot less support.

In this week’s VLOG, learn what goes on in that postpartum core of yours and how to easily start reconnecting with (aka rebuilding and strengthening) your core, even in the earliest postpartum days.  Really, the earlier, the better!

Rebuilding your core strength doesn’t mean intense workouts right off the bat; in fact, these early days are all about reestablishing the connections we go over in the video.

Hit play, give it a try, and let’s start getting you back to feeling strong, stable, and ready for whatever motherhood throws at you.
