Fitness-Inspired Doula Packages
Packages vary based on the level of fitness support, birth education, and personalized planning you’re looking for — whether you want guidance on maintaining your workout routine, help with creating a detailed birth plan, ongoing support throughout labor and delivery, or all of it!
Each package offers a free 20-minute consultation (via video call or phone) to get to know you, understand your needs, and explain the services offered.

Basic Package: "Grounded and Growing"
Perfect for moms who want foundational education, support, and guidance while maintaining their current workout routine as they prepare for birth:
1. Two 60-Minute Birth & Movement Education Sessions
2. One 45-Minute Labor Training Session
3. One 30-Minute Virtual Check-In
4. Weekly Text Check-Ins and Support
5. One 45-Minute Postpartum Visit

Standard Package: "Confidence in Motion"
Ideal for moms seeking to maintain their current workout routine but gain additional education, movement-focused labor training, and labor support:
1. Two 60-Minute Birth & Movement Education Sessions
2. Two 45-Minute Labor Training Sessions
3. One 30-Minute Virtual Check-In
4. Weekly Text Check-Ins and Support
5. Virtual Birth Support during Early Labor
6. Two 45-Minute Postpartum Visits

Premium Package: "Fit and Focused"
Designed for active moms who want comprehensive, personalized fitness support, this package is perfect for integrating workouts and labor preparation while receiving continuous support during birth:
1. One 30-Minute Fitness Assessment
2. Six 45-Minute Prenatal Workouts
3. Two 60-Minute Birth Education & Mapping Sessions
4. Two 45-Minute Labor Training Sessions
5. Weekly Text Check-Ins and Support
6. Day-of Birth Support
7. One 90-Minute Postpartum Visit

These services can be added to your package:

Education and Birth Planning Session(s)
Designed for you and by you, this 3-hour session dives into a variety of topics to help you understand your options, feel confident in your choices, and walk into your labor feeling prepared and ready to advocate for yourself and your family.
Offered virtually or in person, sessions can be done in 1, 1.5, or 3 hour increments. Partners are welcomed and encouraged!

Personalized Education and Planning Session
Perfect for moms who want to feel empowered and in control of their birth experience, without the need for workouts or in-person birth support. You get to choose what we cover! Available session topics include, but are not limited to:
- recognizing the signs of labor, timing contractions and when to go to your birth place
- understanding the anatomy and physiology and stages of labor,
- pelvic floor release,
- labor positions,
- movement patterns to open your pelvis,
- comfort measures,
- strategies for pushing,
- the “Golden Hour” and postpartum options
- communicating effectively with your provider and birth team, including:
- understanding procedures and interventions, your options, and alternatives
- how to make informed decisions using the BRAIN model
- how to decline options that don’t align with your wishes/preferences
By getting clear on what you want and what to expect before labor even begins, you’ll feel confident and ready to make informed decisions for both you and your baby.
